Assessment Philosophy
When I think about assessment, I see a unique way to assess my students. A non-traditional way of assessing my students learning process and growth. The non-traditional approach would look like a lot of informal observations throughout the day along with interactive assessments straying away from the sit down, and take this test approach. I want my students to be excited to show me what they have learned and want to take my assessments and tests. One thing that comes to mind is being able to have students do many presentations/projects as a way of showing me what they know and have learned from my teaching.
